There is an enormous number of individuals in our communities who possess a strong desire to attain what H.O.L.T. can and will offer, but are discouraged by a lack of resources and the financial burden that is usually associated with achieving education and/or training. HOLT Outreach, Inc. is dedicated to moving these obstacles and opening the doorway of opportunities for these individuals. HOLT is very well aware that technology and education are essential tools for expanding opportunities in life. It is imperative for everyone to be knowledgeable of technological advancements, especially those who desire to be successful in today's high paced technical environment.
HOLT's programs will bring computer skills to high school dropouts, under skilled and unemployed adults, single parents, senior citizens, and other community members. By providing computer skills and educational resources needed to adapt to our technical environment, these individuals will be able to secure and maintain skilled jobs with which to support themselves and their families. In addition, our resources will provide computer training classes to aid constituents in finding jobs in this high-tech society.
H.O.L.T. Outreach, Inc. Partners with ACT

HOLT has partnered with ACT Worldnet, an internet service provider and website development company. ACT Worldnet is an active sponsor of Exploring (a division of Boy Scouts of America). H.O.L.T Outreach, Inc. will aid in providing technology training to teenagers participating in the Exploring program. H.O.L.T. will volunteer services in the area of computer repair and video conferencing, in addition to providing computer equipment for training purposes. In addition to H.O.L.T. services, Transcendence Inc., a technology solutions provider, will offer similar training as well as training in other areas of IT.
"We are excited about the opportunity to partner with ACT Worldnet in providing support to an excellent program of the Boy Scouts," said Erica Clark, Executive Director of HOLT Outreach. "More importantly we are able to help the teenaged Exploring participants. It is another great opportunity for H.O.L.T. Outreach, Inc. to Help Others Learn Technology."
